February is Heart Month and the Bank Street BIA is partnering with the Heart & Stroke Foundation to raise awareness for heart healthy lifestyles.
Ice Sculpture Unveiling and Walk, Jan. 31, 2014, 11:00 a.m. Snider Plaza, near Bank and Slater Streets.
Join the Bank Street BIA, Mayor Jim Watson and the Heart & Stroke Foundation to kick off heart month at Snider Plaza, with the unveiling of a commemorative ice sculpture, followed by a heart healthy walk.

Details: Heather Eggleston, ND, will spend 5-10 minutes with each participant to take their blood pressure, discuss what the numbers mean to their health and give a general overview about how to support cardiovascular health.

Date: Race Day Feb. 22
