The shopkeepers are knowledgeable and emphasize holistic personal care and healthy habits. You can find a lot of organic and gluten-free products here, much like the grocery store that spawned this standalone store. The Herb & Spice grocery store across the street used to have a health and beauty section, but it outgrew its spot at the back of the store, so when a vacancy on Bank Street came up, the store expanded into the wide-open space that is conducive to lingering and browsing.
